Will has a natural ability to understand his clients and relate to their situations. This, combined with his passion to learn makes him a superb Adviser. He has an eye for detail and is a great listener. He creates very loyal and longstanding relationships with his clients, which is a testament to his hard work, honesty, and fantastic advice. Outside of work he is a fitness fanatic, he enjoys boxing and socialising with family and friends. He is keen to seek new challenges for charity events in his quest to give back to people and the community.

Ryan is very hardworking and creates great relationships with his clients. He is straight-talking and always delivers on his promises. Having been advising since 2003, he has a lot of experience with the mortgage and housing market. Dedicated and passionate, if you have him as an Adviser, rest assured he will really work for you. Away from the office Ryan is always developing himself and runs a wellness business called Mind Excellence. Having trained in Neuro-linguistic programming, wellness coaching, and cognitive behavioural therapy, he uses this to help within Integra Financial, ensuring staff wellness is always an area of importance.

Luke is a great asset to our team. Since joining he has become qualified in Equity Release and has gained a passion for protecting his clients. Having started his career path in mortgages only a few years ago, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between him and an Adviser with 20+ years experience! His knowledge of the market is superb and this is shown by the high volume of applications he processes every month. Friendly, personable and honest are but a few words we can use to describe Luke. In his previous experiences, Luke boasts a fantastic CV with BMW and GKN Aerospace, holding down roles roles requiring immense attention to detail, which has proven a fantastic attribute in his role as an Adviser. In his spare time Luke enjoys staying fit, socialising with friends……and working!
